Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting and performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of business processes, operations, and industry best practices.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
