The successful candidate is expected to spearhead finance and human resources functions with integrity and strategic insight, to support the continued viability and profitability of the company.
Role Description
This role exists to establish and execute effective financial management, tax management, and human resource management systems for our client. This role also supports the organisation’s continued viability and profitability by providing funds management, financial controls, and Prudential Financial advisory support toward delivering a sound financial strategy for the organisation.
Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Professional accounting certification: ICAN.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a Finance and Accounting role, with at least 5 years in management.
Experience and Skills
- Understanding of human resource management principles, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Remuneration Package
- Gross salary of N10m per annum, free accommodation, and official car.
