Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification
- Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organization
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
- Managing the recruitment, hiring and training processes
- Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
- Improving internal processes and documentation for better productivity
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
Requirements:
- A B.Sc/Masters in any relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position
- Experience in Cosmetics Manufacturing
- Keen strategic thinking and planning
- Competence in budget management and financial monitoring
- Excellent leadership skills, and interpersonal and communication skills
