Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Manage project budgeting, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project deadlines, and client requirements.
- Implement cost-effective solutions and optimize resource usage.

Requirements:
- Minimum of HND Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and project execution.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern interior trends.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
