The General Manager – Interiors will lead interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction. This role involves managing design, procurement, and execution teams to deliver aesthetically appealing and functional interior solutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. 
  • Manage project budgeting, material procurement, and resource allocation. 
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors. 
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, project deadlines, and client requirements. 
  • Implement cost-effective solutions and optimize resource usage. 
  • Address challenges and ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.  


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and project execution. 
  • Strong leadership and project management skills. 
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern interior trends. 
  • Excellent communication and client management skills. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
