*Salary:* N700,000 / monthly    

*Education:* BSc / HND from a recognized institution.  

*Experience:* 5years of experience in financial law, banking law, or corporate law.

*Job Responsibilities:* 

 Oversee the day-to-day operations of loan processing, customer service, and compliance.

 Collaborate with the marketing, social media and product teams to enhance service offerings.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase loan portfolio growth.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

 Ensure all loan applications are processed within set timelines and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvement.

 Lead, train, and supervise operational staff to enhance productivity and customer service.

 Collaborate with finance, risk, and sales teams to optimize workflow and ensure alignment with company goals.

 Manage operational risks and ensure strict adherence to financial regulations.

 Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

 Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
