General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Align company activities with its mission and vision to drive sustainable growth and success.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams by providing mentorship, direction, and motivation.
• Foster a positive work culture that supports collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
• Oversee talent management processes including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, department, or business unit.
• Ensure that systems and processes are efficient, effective, and continuously improved.
• Maintain quality control and ensure products or services meet customer expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
• Creating and managing budgets
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed.
• Analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that impact organizational outcomes.
• Solve complex problems and respond proactively to internal and external challenges.
• Engage directly with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to support brand loyalty and retention.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Promote compliance awareness across all departments and teams.
• Serve as a bridge between senior management and front-line staff.
• Communicate company goals and updates clearly to ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Business Administration & other related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of cognate work experience in business management.
• Postgraduate degrees & professional certificates will be added as an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication
• Thorough understanding of the business process and management.
