Retail Store Manager

Our Client, a retail company is seeking to employ an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: 200k - 250k Net

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and culture.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stockroom organization, ensuring effective inventory turnover and shrinkage control.
• Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives, resolving customer complaints and feedback, and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
• Control labor costs, scheduling, managing store budget, and expenses, and implementing loss prevention strategies.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Proven years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing operational costs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
