Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions to achieve operational objectives
- Create strategies for business expansion in the healthcare sector in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation to minimize staff turnover.
- Assists with the performance management and review process, with focus on high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements or guidelines; adherence to the Quality Management System, and relevant policies within the healthcare sector.
- Develops and implements policies for daily operations and communicates these policy changes for efficient functioning of all relevant teams.
- Perform effective market surveys in collaboration with the business development team.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition, to commercial operations – including win/loss analysis.
- Creates business strategies, necessary to harness opportunities within healthcare sector.
- Coordinates the marketing and sales team on applicable business practices within the healthcare sector.
- Employ proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Effectively collaborate with the company’s strategic partners and other departments, such as finance, marketing, product, project and customer experience, to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build strategic business relationships with key decision makers/ stakeholders, healthcare consultants and relevant partners.
- Apply technical expertise, excellent market and business management skills required for handling customer requests
- Participation in relevant professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
- 8 years experience
