General Manager

DECENT IT SERVICES is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team to new heights of success. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving growth initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.  

What You'll Do:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company goals and objectives.  

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and professional development.                                                                            

Requirements:                                                                     

- At least 5 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on software development. 

- Proven experience in a managerial role, with a track record of success in leading teams and delivering results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
