Job Summary
Masta Services Company Limited is a fully integrated Building and Civil Engineering construction company based in Port Harcourt, River State. We are presently developing the PH-Airport city, a real estate project of about 2000 different residential house types to be completed in 4-5 years in tranches. We require the services of a smart and passionate construction engineer or Builder who is very experienced with single and multi-storey building works, as a General Supervisor on a full-time basis.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for and oversee day-to-day site activities to achieve set measurable outcomes
- Plan work activities.
- Ensure morning toolbox meetings before the start of work each day.
- Allocate works to various gangs to achieve set targets.
- Oversee the setting-out of Building Plans and ensure horizontal and vertical alignments as work progresses.
- Implement and ensure Quality Control and safe work methods
- Engage and manage men, materials, plants, and equipment.
- Eliminate wastages in the site operations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Attend internal and external project meetings as may be directed from time to time.
- This role will report to the Project manager and on a dotted line to the Project Director.
Requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduation hands-on experience on big projects or a nongraduate with over 10 years working experience in large projects or multinational construction companies at foreman or supervisory levels.
Location: Port-Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 Monthly.
Note: Site Project vehicle shall be provided
