Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon with over 3 years of senior-level experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions requiring surgical intervention. The General Surgeon will perform surgeries, provide preoperative and postoperative care.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surgeries to prevent, correct, or address injuries, diseases, deformities, and patient functionality, using established surgical techniques.
- Examine patients, review their medical history, and diagnose conditions to determine the necessity of surgery.
- Prescribe and manage preoperative and postoperative treatments, procedures, and care plans to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
- Evaluate and advise patients on potential risks associated with surgeries, providing clear information to aid decision-making.
- Maintain sterility in the operating room, ensuring all equipment and instruments are properly prepared and meet regulatory standards.
- Oversee and direct the activities of hospital staff to ensure proper patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Plan and implement disease prevention and health promotion programs to enhance patient health and prevent future complications.
- Maintain a high regard for patient dignity and ethical protocols throughout all stages of treatment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of senior-level experience as a General Surgeon.
- Medical degree and completion/partial completion of a General Surgery residency program.
- Proficiency in performing a variety of surgical procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations.
- Knowledge of preoperative and postoperative care, including risk management.
- Familiarity with operating room protocols, including maintaining sterility.
- Adherence to medical ethics and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Work schedule:
- Room and board provided.
- 2 weeks on (24 hours), 2 weeks off.
