Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track the percentage of existing global partners retained over time, track the percentage of non-transaction partners, and escalate to the COO & CCO.
- Track and increase new customer base.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs with global partners regarding service quality, transit times, communication protocols, and documentation accuracy."
- -Monitor and optimize costs associated with global partnerships, including agent commissions, carrier rates, handling fees, and operational expenses related to partner coordination.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding the quality of global freight services, partner performance, and overall satisfaction levels.
- Use metrics like Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) to quantify customer sentiment
Requirements:
- A degree
- 5+ Years of experience in operations, Pricing, Marketing or a customer-facing role in the shipping industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
