Our Travel Business School is currently seeking an experienced and motivated GMAT Tutor to join its dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a GMAT Tutor, you will work one-on-one with students preparing for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). You will assess individual learning needs, develop customized study plans, and provide expert guidance on test strategies, quantitative and verbal reasoning, and analytical writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop tailored lesson plans to address specific areas of improvement.
- Teach GMAT content, test-taking strategies, and time management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Provide feedback and support to motivate and encourage students.
- Stay updated on GMAT exam formats and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong score on the GMAT (90th percentile or above).
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience, particularly in standardized test preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Passion for helping students succeed.
