Job Overview:
Pharmarun is seeking an experienced marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on growth and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Work closely with our partners across the product development lifecycle; from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go to market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product-related and technical challenges.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing user feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Implement processes for engaging and expanding our product reach.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience of experience in product Growth
- Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications
- Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Paid Media
- Ability to manage and drive product growth and consensus in cross regional and functional teams, while delivering strong teamwork and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills
