About The Job:

We are looking for a proficient GoLang & Java Developer who excels in building and maintaining robust, scalable applications. This role requires expertise in both Go programming language and Java, along with experience deploying applications on AWS and implementing CI/CD pipelines. You will contribute to the design, development, and performance optimisation of backend systems, ensuring seamless software delivery in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using GoLang and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality following software development best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and serverless technologies.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Work with microservices architecture and build RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in GoLang, Java, AWS, and DevOps tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with expertise in GoLang and Java.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, development principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team. 

Preferred Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with serverless architectures on AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, code reviews, and version control using Git.
• Experience in global projects with cross-cultural teams.
