Job Description/Requirements
As a Graduate Trainee, you'll participate in a structured 12-month program that rotates you through various departments, including:
- Inventory Management
- Accounting
- Customer Success
- Event Planning
- Logistics
- This comprehensive approach ensures you understand the events industry and develop a diverse skill set.
What You'll Do:
- Learn by doing: Gain practical experience in event planning, logistics management, and client interaction.
- Develop your skills: Hone your communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Contribute to success: Collaborate with experienced professionals and play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional events.
Who We're Looking For:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics, communication).
- Strong academic performance and a demonstrated desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the events industry.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- NYSC (Post and currently serving can apply).
