Role Description:

As a Product Developer at Capital Beaver Enterprise, you will be crucial in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative software solutions that solve complex societal challenges. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to product launch and beyond. A key part of your role will be developing software for the company to further improve its homecare solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Design, develop, and test software solutions to address key societal issues, particularly within the homecare and healthcare sectors.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the development of products from ideation through prototyping to launch, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• User-Centric Development: Translate customer needs into effective software features and functions. Improve existing software based on user feedback and performance metrics, ensuring that our products continue to provide value over time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flutter or React Native, Swift, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript, and PHP — You should be comfortable developing across multiple platforms and languages.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development — Both frontend and backend experience is highly valuable.
• Strong GitHub Portfolio — A robust GitHub repository showcasing your previous work, with a folder of project screenshots available for review.
• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in product development.
• Problem-solving Mindset: Ability to create tech-driven solutions that address complex societal issues.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently within timelines.
• Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with homecare or healthcare software solutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Cloud Services like Firebase and API integration.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to user-centric product development.
• Previous experience in Agile or Lean Development methodologies.
• Proficiency in version control and CI/CD principles.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on precision in the development, testing, and deployment of products.
