Job Summary
CoolBucks is a Fintech that specializes in consumer lending and offers loans to customers via online and other remote channels. We leverage technology to ensure loan disbursement to customers within 24 hours of the completed application. At CoolBucks, we offer Smart Money Solutions. This is an on-site paid role for a Graduate Trainee (Telesales) located in Lagos. The Graduate Trainee (Telesales) will be responsible for selling CoolBucks’ products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions, etc).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Presenting product offerings
- Initiating outbound calls to reach clients
- Achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years’ post-NYSC experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the public sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare and implement a weekly sales plan
- Must possess good writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
