Job Summary
This is an On-site paid role for a Graduate Trainee (Telesales) located in Lagos. The Graduate Trainee (Telesales) will be responsible for selling CoolBucks’ products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions etc) mostly via telephone and web.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls and online platforms.
- Promote and sell CoolBucks’ products, particularly public sector loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present product offerings and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Utilize digital and telephone marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and telesales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
