Job Summary
CoolBucks is a Fintech that specializes on consumer lending and offers loan to customers via online and other remote channels. CoolBucks leverages on technology to ensure loan disbursement to customers within 24 hours of completed application. At CoolBucks, we offer Smart Money Solutions. This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Telesales) located in Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Telesales Executive will be responsible for selling CoolBuck's products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions etc.).
- The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, outbound calls, digital marketing, tele marketing and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0 - 2 years’ post NYSC experience
- Candidate must be strong in traditional outdoor marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding sales target in public sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plan
- Must possess good writing and communication skills
- Experience as Public Sector Sales Officer in a finance company is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
