Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the Manager to create marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Assist in specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and analysis.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and calendars.
- Assist in creating awareness methods through social media platforms and digital channels.
- Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials via traditional and online media.
- Source advertising opportunities and place advertisements in appropriate media channels.
- Organize and attend events, developing special events as required to promote the organization.
- Conduct market research through surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and similar activities to gather consumer insights.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure collaboration and participation in promotional activities.
- Work with the team to develop and innovate products and services that meet market demands.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing needs and materials.
- Assist with the development and implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, including tasks related to marketing and communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
