Graphic Designer & Laser Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for branding, marketing materials, and custom engraving projects.
• Develop and prepare digital files in formats compatible with laser cutting and engraving software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD).
• Modify customer-provided designs to ensure compatibility with laser engraving/cutting.
• Collaborate with clients or the sales team to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

Laser Machine Operation:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate laser cutting and engraving machines to process materials like wood, acrylic, metal, leather, and glass.
• Prepare materials for engraving or cutting, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the laser machine to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor and adjust laser settings (speed, power, resolution) based on material specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure precision in final products.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with laser engraving and cutting machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Understanding of different materials and how they react to laser cutting/engraving.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform maintenance.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
