Job Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and social media management, with 3–5 years of experience. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across multiple platforms and managing RESILIGENT’s social media presence to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts, including social media, websites, brochures, proposals, Flyers, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design branding assets, event materials, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to RESILIGENT’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

Social Media Management

• Create and implement social media strategies to promote RESILIGENT’s services and engage with our target audience.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
• Analyse and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and strategies.

Content Development

• Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and animations, to enhance online engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align graphic design efforts with content strategies.
• Assist in copywriting for social media posts, ensuring tone and messaging align with the brand.

Brand Development and Innovation

• Continuously explore new design trends and tools to enhance RESILIGENT’s brand presence.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with current design best practices and technological advancements in social media platforms.

Requirements

Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience: 3+ years in graphic design and social media management, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.

Skills:

·     Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Powerpoint and social media engagement tools.

·     Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

·     Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.

·     Good knowledge of B2B digital content

·     Solid understanding of branding principles and how to apply them across digital and print media.

·     Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plus.

·     Ability to work independently and think creatively, demonstrating initiative in solving problems and generating new ideas.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Basic knowledge of web design (Wordpress, HTML, CSS) is an added advantage.
