We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team at Design Teem. In this role, you will be the bridge between design, branding, and communication, creating compelling visual stories that align with our clients' goals. From building brand identities to crafting impactful visual content for digital and print, you’ll play a key role in shaping our clients’ visual presence and driving their success. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, this is the role for you.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Visual Design: Create and contribute to the design of brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements that represent our clients’ brand values. You’ll develop concepts for campaigns, websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and brand goals, collaborating to craft design solutions that resonate with the target audience.
  • Brand Consistency & Communication: Ensure that all designs maintain brand consistency across all visual communication channels, including digital and print. Deliver cohesive and clear messages aligned with established brand identities.
  • Research & Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging tools to continually evolve your work. Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Creative Ownership: Take ownership of your design projects, driving fresh ideas while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Present and communicate your design concepts clearly and confidently to clients, adjusting according to feedback while keeping the integrity of the brand vision.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (including logo design, visual identity creation, social media designs, and digital/print materials).
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
