Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other platforms.
- Ensure consistency in XDeputy’s visual branding across all materials, maintaining alignment with our mission and values.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce compelling visual assets that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our platform.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and reuse.
- Revise and improve designs based on team feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure XDeputy’s visuals are modern and competitive.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver on-brand designs that meet project goals.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design ideas.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
