Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, advertising campaigns, digital and print assets, social media content, brand collaterals, and website graphics.
• Brand Identity Development: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all design materials. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual assets.
• Visual Storytelling: Use visual elements to tell compelling stories and convey complex messages in a visually appealing and understandable manner.
• Digital Design: Create visually appealing digital content including web banners, email templates, social media graphics, and other digital assets. Ensure that all designs are optimized for online platforms and mobile devices.
• Print Design: Design and prepare print materials, such as brochures, posters, packaging, and promotional materials. Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Image Editing and Enhancement: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and align with brand standards.
• Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design. Apply new techniques and technologies to continually improve the quality and efficiency of design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums.
• Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively communicate design ideas.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
• The candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience in a similar role or agency experience is a plus.
