Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visually engaging designs for various media, including digital, print, and social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs and create solutions that meet project objectives.
• Conceptualization: Generate and present design concepts, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs that align with client and company goals.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent use of color schemes, typography, and design elements across all materials.
• Production: Prepare and optimize designs for various formats, ensuring high-quality output for print and digital applications.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s visual presence fresh and relevant.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs based on feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design for responsive web.
