Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
  • Design infographics, eBooks, and lead magnets to make complex information more digestible.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop graphics that align with the messaging and campaign goals.
  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the website and any digital assets.
  • Conduct user research and testing to ensure the design meets user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to guide web development.
  • Optimize the user experience for content marketing assets like landing pages and email templates.
  • Maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for performance and SEO.
  • Create custom landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  • Implement changes based on content needs, such as embedding videos, creating forms,
  • Manage/file creative work for easy access and reuse


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work EST


Nice-to-Haves:

  • General Video Editing experience
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
  • Understanding of video formats, compression, and best practices for various platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging content by combining visuals, audio, and effects.
  • Strong storytelling skills to deliver marketing messages effectively.
