Responsibilities
Graphics Design:
- Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
- Create promotional materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual assets for website updates, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Develop compelling visual content for customer engagement, advertisements, and product/service promotions.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile and desktop viewing, maintaining high-quality standards.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic and ranking, ensuring higher visibility in search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote products or services.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to improve the company's digital footprint.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, particularly in telecommunications or ISP industries (preferred).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
