Graphics designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
  • Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, packaging
  • Digital: Social media graphics, website banners, email marketing, online advertisements
  • Presentations: Slides, infographics
  • Video: Motion graphics, short animations (if applicable)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers or interns (if applicable).

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and styles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
