Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plant Care: Watering, fertilizing, pruning, and repotting plants.
- Pest and Disease Management: Monitoring for pests and diseases, and applying necessary treatments.
- Environmental Control: Maintaining optimal temperature, humidity, and light levels within the greenhouse.
- Planting and Propagation: Planting seeds, cuttings, or seedlings, and sometimes grafting plants.
- Harvesting: Harvesting mature plants, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining records of plant growth, treatments, and other relevant information
- Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining greenhouse equipment, including irrigation systems, heaters, and ventilation systems.
