Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage accounts for all companies using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and maintain consolidation accounts for internal purposes.
- Analyze profitability and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Handle tax-related matters, including tax filings, FIRS compliance, and company tax requirements.
- Liaise with the Managing Director and administrative team to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Develop strategies to minimize financial leakages and prevent fraud.
- Create and implement financial guidelines to streamline processes and safeguard company assets.
- Meet with clients for business purposes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and consolidation accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, filing procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably managing diverse business portfolios.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive, with no prior negative records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
