Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Nigerian regulations and international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations and international standards
Requirements:
- Must have Oil and Gas (Upstream) Industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Post-professional accounting qualification (ACA) with at least 5 years' experience
- 10+ years of finance experience, 5+ years in senior finance role within the oil and gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and corporate finance
- Experience managing a Finance Department with multi-units and adequate segregation of duties
