Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and financial institutions.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring effective management of budgets, investments, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to optimize profitability and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business expansion, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Lead the identification and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to drive growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand presence and secure business.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance corporate culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
  • Lead by example, motivating teams, and providing guidance to senior management and department heads.
  • Develop and implement programs to support employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • Promote open communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure the successful execution of key business projects and initiatives in line with company objectives.

  • Review financial, operational, and sales performance regularly, making adjustments to strategies where necessary.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders including investors, clients, developers, and government agencies.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication between the board of directors, management, and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry or a similar sector, with a strong background in banking, finance, and business development.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, real estate investment, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing corporate culture and managing organizational change.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to execute business development strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market, regulatory environment, and financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial systems related to the real estate sector.
