Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead 11 departments to align operations with strategic goals.
- Build and guide a high-performing management team to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and operational strategies to ensure growth and profitability.
- Establish partnerships with financial institutions and investors to secure funding.
- Oversee real estate investment projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive the adoption of advanced sales and marketing technologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and corporate governance practices.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities across residential, commercial, and other real estate sectors.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
- 11+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
- Proven leadership in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s real estate market and innovative sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
