Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a multitasking marvel to help us shake up the logistics scene in Nigeria. If you can sell ice to an Eskimo, turn digital campaigns into customer magnets, and forge partnerships faster than Lagos traffic jams form, we want you!

What You'll Be Juggling (Your Responsibilities):

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

• Lead efforts to acquire 10,000 working-class millennial subscribers within 6 months through targeted sales and marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with estate managers and high-net-worth business clients for strategic locker placements and partnerships.
• Develop and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent stream of qualified leads and conversions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and optimizing current business models.

Digital Marketing:

• Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, social media, and email campaigns, focused on driving subscription growth for Motions lockers.
• Develop creative strategies to reach target consumers in upscale residential areas.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for success and hitting consumer acquisition targets.
• Increase locker utilization rate to at least 70% through targeted marketing efforts.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with at least five (5) major e-commerce platforms and two (2) logistics providers.
• Drive integration with partner platforms within two weeks of signing agreements.
• Aim to achieve a 200% increase in transaction volume through partner integrations.
• Collaborate with the existing business development manager to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements (Qualifications):

• 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in logistics, real estate, e-commerce, or tech startups).
• Proven track record of scaling consumer and business growth, with measurable success in hitting revenue or subscription targets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to work alongside and guide a mid-level team member.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance tracking, and growth hacking.
• Experience in negotiating and managing high-impact strategic partnerships.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about technology and its potential to solve real-world problems in the African context.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly Lagos.

• Competitive salary starting at ₦200,000 per month, and grows faster than your inbox on a Monday morning; increasing to ₦250,000 after 60 days, with further increases based on performance.
