Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Sales/Growth & Community Manager (Informal Sales Agent Network Development & Management) who has an eye for spotting opportunities. While he or she is great at sales, our ideal person is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The sales/growth manager will be responsible for a new business line, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. You will manage a network of service providers, focusing on delivering customized solutions for customers at various stages of their property journey. This full-time role requires a proactive, customer-centric individual with strong organizational and leadership skills who can build and nurture a team that delivers high-quality service with a proven track record of leading a team of sales agents in FMCG or working closely with persons in the informal sector, ie artisans, drivers, etc. The Sales/Growth Manager will work closely with management teams to craft a cohesive growth strategy, ensure market alignment, and explore innovative ways to drive product sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Oversight: Manage and organize customer-focused services, ensuring smooth and professional experiences during each stage of the property lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team responsible for executing these services, ensuring high standards and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for customers, offering guidance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they make the most of the available solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to introduce our technology platform to clients, driving product adoption and overall business growth.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to market and upsell services, optimizing customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.



Requirements:

  • Regional Expansion: Grow roots in management-focused regions, targeting high-portfolio property and facility management related solutions.
  • Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with real estate agencies, property management companies, and other stakeholders to drive sales through referrals.
  • Events & Networking: Attend industry conferences, property management events, and networking functions to generate leads and foster key relationships.
  • Channel Sales: Explore opportunities for indirect sales through channel partnerships, leveraging HomeAngels to grow faster.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development, ideally within the property management or real estate tech space or leading sales experience in banking or startup ecosystem.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations for SaaS products.
  • Leadership: Experience in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with property and facility management processes, challenges, and opportunities is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to network, establish, and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and sell complex software solutions to diverse audiences.
