Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilites:
- Design and implement the go-to-market strategy for our product
- Create educational content establishing us as the Context Integration Expert
- Build a simple, friction-free self-service path for the Connect tier
- Develop the conversion strategy from free to paid tiers
- Establish metrics for measuring adoption, engagement, and conversion
- Build relationships with early adopters for feedback and case studies
- Create sales materials and processes for the direct sales motion
Requirements:
- Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS growth or product-led growth models
- Understanding of professional services, especially legal (preferred)
- Ability to create compelling educational content for technical and non-technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing growth strategies
- Experience with freemium conversion strategies and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with professional service stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to experiment
