Job Summary

The Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our company. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of enthusiastic real estate marketers to promote and sell the company's properties. The Growth Manager will also be directly involved in sales activities to ensure maximum revenue

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate marketers.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Certification in real estate sales or management.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
