Job Summary

Sare Health Africa is seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding our platform’s user base. The Growth Manager will develop and implement acquisition strategies to onboard healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients. You will oversee the performance of ad-hoc acquisition teams, manage key partnerships with healthcare facilities, and drive initiatives to increase engagement across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. This role requires a leader who is both data-driven and creative, capable of managing complex projects while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire healthcare providers and patient subscribers. 
  • Lead and manage acquisition teams, setting clear goals and performance metrics. 
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and facilities. 
  • Analyze and interpret data to refine marketing and acquisition strategies. 
  • Work with marketing and product teams to create and optimize digital campaigns. 
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth in key regions. 
  • Create content and initiatives that align with the company’s brand and mission to attract subscribers. 
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met or exceeded. 
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and adjust growth strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in growth management, preferably in healthcare or technology. 
  • Proven experience leading acquisition campaigns and scaling user bases. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and experience using marketing analytics tools. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with healthcare providers or within the healthcare sector. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms). 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and market trends.
