Job Description/Requirements
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, driving user acquisition, and optimizing the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. Working closely with our product, sales, and support teams, you’ll play a key role in introducing our AI-powered platform to school administrators, teachers, and education stakeholders.
- Strategy & Execution: Design and execute cross-channel growth strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, etc.) that speaks to school management pain points and promotes our AI-powered solutions.
- Digital Advertising: Plan and optimize cost-effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook to drive qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and engage existing customers with product updates and educational content.
- Funnel Optimization: Continuously improve the lead-to-customer journey by performing A/B tests, refining landing pages, and enhancing CTAs to maximize conversions.
- Product-Led Growth: Implement PLG strategies that encourage product trials, self-sign-ups, and free-to-paid conversions.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates) and generate actionable insights to guide future strategies.
- Community Building: Engage with our community of educators and administrators on social media, in webinars, and through other channels to foster a sense of connection and loyalty.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Identify potential partnership opportunities with educational influencers, industry organizations, and other EdTech companies.
- Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Skills:
- Content Creation: Ability to develop and manage high-quality content that engages and educates the audience.
- Digital Advertising: Proven experience with PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to make data-driven decisions.
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to set up and optimize campaigns.
- SEO & SEM: Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM to improve organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns.
- Funnel Optimization: Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and experience in A/B testing, CRO, and lead nurturing.
- Mindset: Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset, highly adaptable to a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with school administrators and educators.
