Growth Marketer

Acceleratezl is looking for a Growth Marketer to join our innovative team in Uyo. As a hub that empowers individuals through tech training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship, we’re seeking someone who can creatively drive our growth, expand our reach, and help establish Acceleratez as a leading incubator in the region. If you're passionate about marketing, have a strategic mindset, and can create impactful campaigns, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth

Lead end-to-end campaigns across traditional and digital channels (social media, email, content, SEO, partnerships)

Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and building connections within the tech community

Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize and refine marketing strategies

Collaborate with our team to promote Acceleratez programs, events (like AI Fest Africa), and training sessions

Foster partnerships and strategic alliances to expand our brand reach

Experiment with creative growth tactics and actively seek out new marketing opportunities to keep Acceleratez ahead


Requirements:

Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, especially within the tech or startup ecosystem

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing tools

Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills to measure and track success

Creative and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
