Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPL), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Website Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize Google Search Console and Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical and usability issues.
- Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement necessary changes.
Landing Page Optimization:
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages for lead capture and specific campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing page elements and improve performance.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to personalize messaging.
- Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Generate regular reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing or demand generation.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ubber suggest etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Criteria
- Experience with landing page builders and A/B testing tools.
- Experience in the Edu-tech Industry.
- Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies.
