Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Build Partnerships: Research, identify, and cultivate strategic partnerships with companies, influencers, and organizations that align with business goals.
- Drive Growth: Develop strategies to accelerate revenue growth through effective partnership development and management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring long-term success and mutual benefit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead partnership negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of partnerships and growth initiatives, using metrics to optimize strategies.
- Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or sales roles, preferably within [industry].
