As a Growth Product Manager at Kenkeputa, you’ll own the end‑to‑end growth roadmap for our suite of B2B and B2C products—driving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization through data‑driven experiments, partnership integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define Growth Strategy: Build and prioritize a growth roadmap, referral programs, onboarding flows, in‑app upsells, and pricing experiments.
- Experimentation & Analytics: Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests; use SQL and analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4) to uncover friction points and optimize funnels.
- Partnership Integrations: Source, negotiate, and manage API or co‑marketing partnerships that drive new user channels and revenue streams.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and DevShop teams to ship growth features end‑to‑end.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs (activation rate, LTV/CAC, retention, revenue velocity), build dashboards, and report progress to leadership.
- Voice of the Customer: Partner with Customer Success and BD to surface qualitative feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management with a strong growth/PLG focus—ideally at a fast‑moving startup or scale‑up.
- Track Record: Demonstrable success running growth experiments that delivered ≥10% uplift in key metrics (activation, retention, revenue).
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable writing SQL queries, interpreting analytics dashboards, and collaborating on API integrations.
- Business Acumen: Skilled at partnership negotiation and crafting business cases with clear ROI.
- Communication: Excellent storyteller, able to rally stakeholders around hypotheses, roadmaps, and results.
- Mindset: Data‑driven, curious, and scrappy, unafraid to roll up your sleeves in a lean, high‑velocity environment.
Additional Skills:
- Prior experience with marketplace, e‑commerce, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with Nigerian market dynamics and payment ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
