Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay:

  • Providing information: Offer information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
  • Addressing complaints: Help resolve customer issues and pass complaints on to management.


Requirements:
