Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role at a hotel.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
