The Guesthouse Assistant Manager supports the Guesthouse Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a high standard of guest experience and efficient management of staff. This role involves managing front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the guesthouse.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Support inventory management for supplies, amenities, and housekeeping materials.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are met.
- Ensure all guests are provided with a high standard of service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner

- Minimum of HND
