Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Hardware Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of technicians and overseeing the packaging and configuration of Tespire tablets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing teams and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement procedures for packaging and configuring Tespire tablets
- Ensure that all Tespire tablets are configured for specific schools, according to their needs
- Test all Tespire tablets to ensure that they are working properly
- Oversee the labeling of cartons and ensure that all labels are correct
- Hand off cartons to the onboarding team for shipping
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a management role.
- Experience managing teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
- Experience with packaging and configuring electronic devices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Experience with packaging and configuring electronic devices.
- Experience with quality control procedures.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
