Head Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust asset management strategies that are fully aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and financial objectives. These strategies should encompass the acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and eventual disposition of assets, ensuring maximum return on investment and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for managing diverse asset portfolios, promoting collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring that departmental and organizational objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Oversee comprehensive budget planning and financial forecasting, ensuring that asset-related expenses are effectively controlled and that resources are optimally allocated to drive profitability and ensure financial sustainability.
• Supervise the maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management of all assets, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. This includes implementing capital improvement plans and ensuring assets remain in peak operational condition.
• Analyze real estate and asset market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data to strategically position the company’s assets, ensuring they meet current and future market demands and contribute to a competitive edge.
• Manage relationships with key external partners, including vendors, service providers, and contractors, negotiating favorable terms and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services. Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain efficient service-level agreements.
• Lead acquisition and disposition strategies, identifying key opportunities for property and asset purchases or sales that align with the company’s investment strategy. Lead negotiations, conduct due diligence, and ensure all transactions contribute to the organization's broader financial goals.
• Prepare and present detailed asset performance reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders. Provide insights on financial performance, risk assessments, and key metrics such as return on investment, cash flow, and asset valuations, along with recommendations for optimizing portfolio performance. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
